Privacy Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026
This is my personal website. It shows what I build and gives you a way to reach me. There are no accounts, no sign-up and nothing for sale on this domain.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs that include your IP address, browser and the pages requested. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and they are held for a limited period by Vercel as my hosting provider.
Analytics
I use DataFast to count visits. It records page views, referrers, rough country and device type in aggregate. It sets no tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.
Newsletter
The subscribe field sends your email address to Substack, who run the newsletter and hold the subscriber list. Their privacy policy covers what they do with it. I use it to send the newsletter and nothing else, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
If you email me
Your address and whatever you wrote sit in my inbox. I use them to reply and for nothing else.
What I don't do
I don't sell your data, run ad networks, build profiles, or share anything with third parties beyond the providers named above.
Your rights
I'm based in France, so the GDPR applies. You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask me to delete it. Write to vivien@tweener-labs.com and I'll sort it out. If you think I've handled your data badly, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
